An asteroid from the distance begins to rotate and fly towards us.

the asteroid has now penetrated the earth and is falling from the sky. the asteroid crashes into the ground creating debris which flies everywhere.
EXT. Meteor - midday
a close up of the meteor reveals some words, reading "Hard Rock Cafe"
